World Autism Awareness Day

Th theme for this year’s World Autism Awareness Day is Inclusion in the Workplace: Challenges and Opportunities in a Post-Pandemic World

The Covid-19 pandemic has increased existing problems especially income, wealth distribution, access to health care, protection under the law, and political inclusion. Persons with autism have been facing many of these inequalities since long. World Autism Awareness Day 2021 is a UN (United Nations) observance that will address these issues faced by people during the pandemic situation.

Please let us note that;

  • Autism is not a disability, it’s a different ability—Stuart Duncan
